The Revolve360™ Extend has a 10-year expiration from the date of manufacture. The specific expiration date is listed on the date and model label on the product.
You can find the date of manufacture, model name, and model number on a label on the rear of the car seat over the User Guide storage pocket. It is also located on the car seat base near the LockStrong™ belt tensioning arm.
The Revolve360™ Extend can be used in rear-facing mode until the child reaches either 50 lb (22,6 kg), 48 in. (122 cm), or the top of their head is less than 1 in. (2.5 cm) below the top of the headrest or car seat shell. Once your child reaches any of these three measurements, the child has outgrown the car seat in rear-facing mode.
31 lb. (14 kg)
The Revolve360™ Extend has three buckle positions to help fit your growing child. You can use any of the three positions in either rear-facing or forward-facing harnessed mode. You should use the position that places the buckle closest to, but not underneath, your child.
No, but we do have an accessory mat available at evenflo.com. You can also place a towel beneath and behind the car seat to help protect your vehicle upholstery.
Yes, the Revolve360™ Extend consists of a seat shell and base. The seat shell is removable to ensure an easy installation of the base to the vehicle. The seat shell and base must be used together as a system.
Yes, the base of the Revolve360™ Extend acts as an anti-rebound system — a lot like an anti-rebound bar. This feature absorbs and dissipates crash forces to help provide additional stability.
The reversible, removable leg rest can be used to support legs in extended rear-facing mode with the cushion side up or it can be reversed to support knees and dangling legs in forward-facing mode. This additional leg rest is optional and may be removed or used in either configuration at any time.
No, the Revolve360™ Extend is not designed with a load leg. This car seat meets or exceeds all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards and Evenflo's internal testing standards. The Revolve360™ Extend is engineered to manage crash energy appropriately without the addition of a load leg.
Yes, you can use this product without the cup holders attached to the car seat. The Revolve360™ Extend is all about flexibility and convenience. The cup holders are even safe to be placed in the top rack of your dishwasher for cleaning.
No. The seat shell and base are designed to be used as a system and an extra base is not available for sale.

Installing the Revolve360™ Extend is easy with the Sure360™ Safety Installation System, which includes a LockStrong™ belt tensioning arm to help you get a tight installation with either the lower anchor (LATCH/UAS) or the vehicle seat belt, and the Tether360™ which is used in both rear-facing and forward-facing harness installations.
The seat belt is the preferred method of installation for the Revolve360™ Extend because it allows you to take advantage of a true one-time installation. The tether must be used in both rear-facing and forward-facing harness installations, regardless of whether you have the car seat base installed with the seat belt or lower anchors (LATCH/UAS). IMPORTANT: When installing with the vehicle seat belt, your vehicle seat belt MUST be locked to ensure accurate and safe installation.
The one-time installation feature of the Revolve360™ Extend is really a differentiator. When used with the vehicle belt, you'll never have to re-install the car seat when used in rear- and forward-facing mode. (Note: The base needs to be reinstalled for booster mode.)
Lower anchors may be used for a child weighing up to 30 lb. (13.6 kg) in rear-facing mode and for a child weighing up to 35 lb. (15.8 kg) in forward-facing mode. Remember to ALWAYS use the tether in both rear-facing and forward-facing harness mode installations.
Yes. It's super easy to recline your rear-facing installation with the on-the-go recline feature. (Keep in mind—the Revolve360™ Extend can only be reclined when in rear-facing mode.)
Yes, in fact, you must ALWAYS use the tether when installing the Revolve360™ Extend in rear-facing and forward-facing harness modes. The tether is optional in booster mode.
Firmly grip the car seat base near the belt path opening, which is where you have it installed. Try to move the car seat from side to side and front to back. The car seat should not move more than one inch (2.5 cm). If it moves more than one inch at the belt path, try your installation again. If it still moves more than one inch you may need to change seating positions in your vehicle or try a different installation method.
Yes, in certain situations. The Revolve360T™ Extend features four recline positions for rear-facing installations. The recline can be adjusted “on the fly” which means you are able to recline the child’s seating area after you have installed the car seat. There is a bead level on the side of the car seat which must be aligned with your child’s size. You may tightly roll a towel or use a section of pool noodle underneath the base of the car seat near the vehicle seat back to increase the recline angle, if necessary. The Revolve 360™ Extend can only be used in one recline position in forward-facing installations. You may NOT use a rolled towel or pool noodle to change the recline in forward-facing mode.
Yes. The Revolve360™ Extend can be used in any forward-facing vehicle seating position allowed in your vehicle’s owner’s manual, as long as a tight installation can be achieved. Therefore, the center seating position may be an option. However, in some vehicles the center seating position may be narrower which could make it more difficult to tightly install your car seat. In many vehicles, the center seating position may not allow installation with lower anchors. It is important to refer to both your vehicle owner's manual and your car seat user guide for full installation details.
There are many combinations of vehicle makes, models, car seat configurations, vehicle seat belt designs, and seat cushion shapes. The easiest way to determine whether your car seat is suitable for a particular seating position is to check for a tight installation, especially when trying to fit multiple passengers in the back seat of your vehicle.
Unfortunately, some smaller sedans and SUVs have rear seat belt systems that overlap, which makes it very difficult to fit three passengers in the rear seat.
In addition, the Revolve360™ Extend is designed to rotate allowing for easy loading and unloading of your child. The car seat will need some additional lateral space to accomplish the rotation, so fitting another car seat in the adjacent seating position may limit your use of that feature.

The easiest way to determine whether your car seat is suitable for a particular seating position is to check for a tight installation, especially when trying to fit multiple passengers in the back seat of your vehicle.
The following conditions should be met when installing three car seats next to each other:
•Each car seat must achieve a correct and tight installation.
•The positions of the car seat on the vehicle seat are not changed by contact. Each car seat still aligns properly with respect to the seat belt or lower anchors that secure them and do not overlap the adjacent car seat.
•If the vehicle seat is adjustable front-to-back, both portions of the vehicle seat must be adjusted to the same position.
•Only one lower anchor connector is connected to a single lower anchor point.
•There is no contact or force that would bend or deform any of the car seats.
•The lower anchor belt or seat belt used to install each car seat does not rub on each other or crossover in a way that they interfere with each other.

Yes. The Revolve360™ Extend is designed to accommodate children in rear-facing mode until they are 48 in. (122 cm) tall or weigh 50 lb (22.6 kg). It is okay for your child’s feet to touch the back of the vehicle seat. When determining if your child has outgrown the car seat in rear-facing mode, it is important to check for where your child’s head is positioned inside the car seat. They should have at least one inch (2.5 cm) of the car seat or headrest over the top of their head.
The Revolve360™Extend was designed with a wide range of children in mind, from infants to big kids. The Revolve360™ Extend’s extended seating area accommodates children in rear-facing mode until they are 48 in (122 cm) tall or weigh 50 lb (22,6 kg). In forward-facing mode, the Revolve360™ Extend can be used until the child is 49 in (124 cm) tall or weighs 65 lb (29,4 kg). Full product details are provided in the product instructions.
The Revolve360™ Extend makes switching the car seat between different children a breeze. The easy one-time installation allows you to rotate the seat between rear-facing and forward-facing modes without reinstalling the car seat. Additionally, the no-rethread harness can be raised or lowered by squeezing the handle at the top of the headrest – again, no need to reinstall the car seat! Remember to remove the optional infant insert when using the car seat in forward-facing mode.
In order to use the Revolve360™ Extend in belt-positioning booster mode, you must remove the buckle from the car seat. Twist the bottom of the buckle so the strap lines up with the slot in the bottom of the car seat. Slide the strap while gently angling the metal anchor upwards. It may be easier to slide the buckle anchor out from the rear slot, but you can use either the front or rear. The Revolve360™ Extend can be transitioned from harness to booster mode easily —simply follow the included User Guide or our booster installation video.
The red/green Seat Lock Indicator is a fast, easy way to make sure the Revolve360™ Extend is locked into place. The indicator will turn green when the seat is locked in the rear-facing or forward-facing position. The indicator must show green at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
No, as long as the product is correctly locked in the rear-facing or forward-facing position. You can confirm this by checking the Seat Lock Indicator on either side of the car seat — it will be green when in the locked position. In the interest of safety, only the caregiver should rotate the car seat by squeezing the rotation handle on either side of the car seat.
You'll find indicators on either side of the base allowing you to easily check the seat's rotation lock status. The indicator will be green when in the locked position. The indicator must show green at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
No. Revolve360™ Extend is designed to be safe and secure when you're on-the-go. You will find indicators on either side of the base, allowing you to easily check the car seat’s rotation lock status. When the vehicle is in motion, the product should always be correctly locked in the rear-facing or forward-facing position. You can confirm this by checking the Seat Lock Indicator on either side of the car seat — it will be green when in the locked position. Only the caregiver should rotate the car seat by squeezing the rotation handle on either side of the car seat. (Older children seated near the car seat should be instructed not to make any adjustments to the car seat).
Remember — this is an extended-use car seat that's designed to take you from babyhood to ten years-old. The product has been tested to meet strict cycling and durability standards, so it's built to take you through childhood.
The Revolve360™ Extend should only be used with the LATCH/UAS that is included with your purchase.
First, squeeze the recline adjustment handle (located behind the car seat) and adjust the car seat into the fully-reclined position – even if you plan to rotate the seat for forward-facing use. If you are having difficulty reclining the car seat, try the following: squeeze the recline adjustment handle, pull up slightly on the back of the car seat, and then push down quickly and firmly on the car seat back.
Once the car seat is in the fully-reclined position, squeeze the rotation handle and rotate the car seat to either the rear-facing or forward-facing position.
Please note that the fully reclined position becomes the fully-upright position as you rotate the car seat into the forward-facing position.
If you still are unable to get the car seat to recline or rotate, please contact ParentLink at 1-800-233-5921 (U.S.) or 1-937-773-3971 (Canada), Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (EST).
Yes! Simply wash the removable seat pads separately in cold water — delicate cycle, with mild detergent. Tumble dry for 10 – 15 minutes on low heat, remove immediately. And be sure not to iron or dry clean. See product instructions for full cleaning details.
Yes. You can use 70% isopropyl alcohol to disinfect car seat and booster seat surfaces, including the fabric, harness, buckle, plastic parts, foam, and labels. You can spray or wipe the 70% isopropyl alcohol to dampen (but not soak) the surfaces. Afterward, be sure to let the surface air dry. This guidance applies to all Evenflo car seats and booster seats. But keep in mind—this guidance doesn’t apply to vehicle surfaces, like the seat belt. Please consult your vehicle manufacturer for guidance on disinfecting or cleaning vehicle surfaces.

Flammability testing of car seats is required under the FMVSS 302, Flammability of Interior Materials Standard. The test measures the rate of flame spread with the goal of maximizing the amount of time a caregiver would have to remove an occupant from the car seat in the event of a vehicle fire. Evenflo’s car seats are tested by an accredited independent testing laboratory and meet the FMVSS 302 standard.
In addition, Evenflo car seats are tested for toxicity to meet the requirements of various state and federal child products banned substances laws and regulations.
Like all black fabrics, the black fabric on your car seat will get warmer the longer the seat is exposed to sunlight. In warmer months, you can place a towel or sheet over the car seat when it is not in use to help keep it cool.
The Evenflo Revolve360™ Extend is designed with premium, soft fabrics that have a smooth finish for easy spot cleaning. Your baby will love the plush feel.
